Week 2: Conquering Saboteurs
- Explore different types of Saboteurs and their impact on performance.
- Teach techniques to intercept and overcome Saboteur thinking patterns.
- Introduce the "5-second rule" to interrupt Saboteur thoughts and shift focus to the Sage.
Week 3: Cultivating the Sage
- Explore the characteristics of the Sage, the inner voice of positive intelligence.
- Teach techniques to strengthen the Sage and cultivate a positive mindset.
- Introduce daily practices such as gratitude journaling and positive affirmations.
Week 4: PQ Reps Training
- Introduce PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) Reps training.
- Explain the benefits of doing PQ Reps to increase mental fitness.
- Guide participants through a daily routine of PQ Reps exercises.
Week 5: Positive Intelligence Assessments
- Administer positive intelligence assessments to participants.
- Review individual results and provide personalized feedback.
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement to focus on during the program.
Week 6: Building Resilience
- Explore the relationship between positive intelligence and resilience.
- Teach techniques to build resilience and bounce back from challenges.
- Encourage participants to create a personal resilience plan.
Week 7: Developing Emotional Agility
- Explore the concept of emotional agility and its role in positive intelligence.
- Teach strategies to increase emotional intelligence and regulate emotions.
- Practice techniques such as mindfulness and self-compassion.
Week 8: Introduction to Executive Leadership Networking
- Transition to the executive leadership phase of the program.
- Explain the importance of networking for leadership development.
- Provide guidance on building a professional network and leveraging connections.
Week 9: Effective Communication Skills
